Full-Time and Part-Time Tellers
We need energetic, professional team players who share our commitment to outstanding service. Previous teller or cash handling experience is desired. Outstanding customer service skills, precise attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required. Both Full-Time and Part-Time openings may include Saturday and/or Sunday shifts.

We currently have openings in the Springfield area.

Commercial Loan Officer
Team Marine is growing! We are searching Commercial Loan Officers in our Springfield, Champaign and Bloomington markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue as directed by management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Approve loans within assigned limits
  • Manage loan and portfolio credit quality
  • Provide financial advice to customers and sell appropriate bank products and services to prospects and clients
  • Identify and successfully capitalize on cross-sell opportunities and make appropriate referrals

    • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
    • Two+ years of commercial lending experience

      • Preferred Skills & Experience:

      • Strong relationship management, business development, and sales skills
      • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Advanced knowledge of credit and credit quality
      • Thorough knowledge of bank products and services
      • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
      • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
      • Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis

        • Candidates with credit analyst experience who are ready for a promotion are encouraged to apply.
