LOAN SERVICING

Our Loan Servicing Department is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing construction draws; reviewing and requesting final title policies for mortgage, home equity, and commercial loans; issuing and tracking disbursements for insurance claims, postponed improvements, and escrow hold back agreements; and other duties as assigned. Knowledge of documents, title work and tracking loans is a must. Experience with servicing or processing both mortgage and commercial loans is ideal. This is a very fast paced, professional work environment where accuracy and attention to detail are the most important.

SUPPLY COORDINATOR

Marine Bank is looking for a detail oriented, self motivated person to fill the position of Supply Coordinator. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ordering and maintaining the supplies for 9 Marine Bank locations. The duties include but are not limited to:

• Deliver requested supplies to internal departments.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Create appropriate purchase orders for product.
• Count and pull product.
• Communicate shortages.
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets.
• Render bank statements.
• Maintain the retention area.

This position requires some lifting, excellent communication and computer skills, and organizational and planning skills. Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00.

FULL TIME AND PART TIME TELLERS

If you have excellent customer service skills, have previous cash handling experience, are detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills, then Marine Bank needs you on our teller line! We are currently seeking professional individuals able to work either full time or part time. Both Full Time and Part time openings may include Saturday and/or Sunday shifts. Experience in cash handling or teller work is desired. This is a very fast paced, professional work environment where customer service, accuracy, and attention to detail are the most important.
