Dear Valued Customer,
This letter offers important information to ensure that your online banking and any online bill payments will continue smoothly as Insight Communications transitions to Comcast. If you use an Insight e-mail address or if you are an Insight customer, you need to take action.
If you have an Insight e-mail address on file with us:
- Update your e-mail address within Online Banking. Comcast will provide you with detailed instructions on how to transfer your Insight e-mail account to Comcast. You must let us know when your e-mail address has been converted.
- Log on to Marine Online Banking.
- Click User Options at the top of the screen.
- Click E-mail Address.
- Update your e-mail address.
- If you have existing scheduled transfers or notifications within Online Banking, you will also need to update your e-mail address in Account Access.
- Log on to Marine Online Banking.
- Click Account Access.
- Click Scheduled Transfers or Notifications.
- Change your e-mail address for each scheduled transfer or notification.
If you pay your Insight Communications bill with Online Bill Payment:
- Update your bill payment information.
When you receive your first Comcast bill, add Comcast as a new payee with the new account number and remittance address.
- Log on to Marine Online Bill Payment.
- Add Comcast as a new payee using your new account number.
- You may choose to delete Insight Communications as a payee.
