We’re always working to improve the services we provide for our customers. We’re excited to announce that a modernized Online Banking experience will soon be available for your browser-based Online Banking.
With our new online banking, there are some changes that will affect the products and services we provide to you. We want you to be aware of these changes and ask that you to carefully read this email to help ensure the transition to the new online experience, causes you as little disruption as possible.
Why Are We Changing?
The new platform will feature a wide range of new and upgraded tools and services designed to make it easier for you to manage your money—anytime, anywhere. Wheter it be from your personal computer, your tablet or your mobile phone, this upgraded look and feel provides consistent navigation from any device used to access your accounts.
What is Changing?
Same great look as our App - Our desktop only users will now see the same look as our app only users. This upgraded look will provide you a single experience between all platforms. Below is a screenshot of what your new home screen will look like on the updated desktop version.
Bill Pay/Transferring Money is now called “Move Money” - Move Money is the new central location for accessing anything money movement related, functions such as transfers, payments and paying bills. This will make it easier to manage your accounts all in one place.
You can create your own SMS text message or email alerts to get custom updates on many items. You can get alerts on low balances, account activity, and security. Whatever you want to keep an eye on, you can set up an alert.
New Budgeting Tools
You can now track your spending, create budgets, set some goals- all to better understand your finances and make it easier to control your money. Now, it's even easier to get your complete financial picture. The improved Money Manager makes it simple to stay on track and maintain your finances responsibly. You can now access these new tools right on your home page!
Here are a few highlights to try:
- Attach a receipt image to an activity item
- Personalize the experience by clicking your name in the menu to manage settings
- Person-to-Person Transfers- You can instantly send money to friends and family-- anyone that has a Visa or MasterCard debit card. With just a few clicks, it’s just as simple as transferring money between your accounts or using our Bill Pay. Click here to learn how to set one up today!
How do you log in?
