Annette McClure, CTFA - Executive Vice President
Annette McClure is the head of Marine Bank’s Trust and & Investment Management Division and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. After twenty years of experience in the Trust and Investment business, she joined Marine Bank in 2006. She works with individuals, families, business owners and executives in all areas of Wealth Management, Investments, Trust and Estate Planning. She provides a close relationship with her clients that includes a high level of confidentiality, loyalty and stability. On behalf of clients, Annette communicates with a team of advisors, including attorneys, accountants and portfolio managers. She assesses multiple recommendations and makes sure that strategies do not conflict. By managing the distraction and stress of creating a seamless wealth management plan, Annette assists her clients in achieving their financial goals.
Annette earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from the University of Illinois at Springfield and furthered her career when she graduated from the American Bankers Association Trust School in 1996 and National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University in 1998.

Doug Cantrall, CTFA - Trust Officer
Doug Cantrall works directly with investment advisors, analysts and clients to assist in oversight of portfolio management. Doug is able to deliver efficient communication of investment advisors’ thoughts regarding the economy and investment markets to clients. Through his enthusiasm and superior work ethic, he provides outstanding customer service.
Doug Cantrall earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and joined Marine Bank in January 2010. He is a graduate of Cannon Financial Inc. in Boston, MA where he earned the distinction of Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager (AFIM) in 2013. He also completed the American Bankers Association National Trust School in 2014. Doug graduated with honors from the American Bankers Association Graduate Trust School in 2016 and earned the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).

Cathy Overstreet - Trust Officer
Having over eighteen years of experience in the administration of trusts, investment management and retirement accounts, Cathy Overstreet ensures compliance with regulations and policies. She specializes in retirement accounts and also oversees the tax area within the Trust and Investment Department. With her first-class client service skills, she strives to exceed expectations. Cathy graduated from the American Bankers Association National Trust School in 2008.

Stacy Foli - Trust Officer
Stacy Foli brings over twenty years of banking experience covering trust services, cash management and retail banking to her position of Trust Officer. She forms close relationships with clients and enjoys customer interaction. Monthly management reports are coordinated by Stacy and she is involved in working with compliance and regulatory oversight. She also serves as the department’s event planner. Her greatest satisfaction is making clients happy with a job well done!

Bridget K. Johnson - Trust Officer
Bridget Johnson is an attorney who brings more than a decade of experience in wealth, tax and estate planning. This knowledge and background is a valuable resource for Trust clients. She oversees the Trust and Investment Management Department compliance area and works to ensure that policies and procedures comply with the ever-changing regulations, standards and best practices in the field. Bridget earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Juris Doctor degree from the Washington University School of Law.
