Annette McClure, CTFA - Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, Annette helps individuals, families and business owners achieve their financial goals. She oversees and guides the team for Marine Bank Trust and Investment Management, working with a team of advisors, including attorneys, accountants and portfolio managers.
Experienced in all areas of wealth management, investments and trust and estate planning, Annette creates seamless wealth management plans customized to individual objectives. On a daily basis, she assesses multiple investment recommendations to ensure strategies remain consistent and focused on desired results. Wealth management is a journey and Annette is committed to helping you navigate your way toward success.
With over 30 years in banking, Annette has supported her community by serving on many committees and boards, never passing an opportunity to mentor others and encourage the values of continually learning. As a current member and past President of Illinois Women in Leadership, Annette’s influence has inspired other professionals toward excellence in business and leadership. It might seem like she is always working, but Annette is a very active volunteer, serving many charitable organizations. She is on the Board of Directors for the Sangamon Valley Estate Planning Council, a member of the Institute of Certified Bankers, Panther Creek Country Club as well as the Women’s Golf Association. She is also active on numerous other committees throughout the community.
Annette earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UIS in 1989 and furthered her education by graduating from the American Bankers Association Trust School in 1996 and National Graduate Trust School in 1998 at Northwestern University. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Annette is a proud wife, mother and grandmother. She and her husband, Steve, enjoy an active lifestyle and, of course, their family.

Doug Cantrall, CTFA - Vice President
As Vice President of Marine Bank Trust & Investment Management, Doug has a reputation for excellence among his clients and colleagues. With his broad knowledge and expertise in financial planning and investment management, he collaborates with investment firms to offer clients his own unique insight about the markets.
Based on client’s financial objectives, risk tolerance and time horizon, Doug seeks to inform by offering sound advice to help them reach their goals. Ensuring the process benefits the goals of his clients, he provides oversight on investment advisors, analysis of investment decisions, and performance reporting verification. You can rely on Doug to provide solid and professional advice, remarkable service, and unmatched personal attention.
During his busy schedule, Doug makes it a priority to give back to our community. He is a member of the Sangamon Valley Estate Planning Council as well as the Institute of Certified Bankers, graduate of the Leadership Springfield program, and also finds time to volunteer at numerous nonprofit organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, United Way and Habitat for Humanity.
Doug earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and joined Marine Bank in January of 2010. He is a graduate of Cannon Financial Inc. in Boston, MA where he earned the distinction of Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager (AFIM) in 2013. He also completed the American Bankers Association National Trust School in 2014. Doug graduated with honors from the American Bankers Association Graduate Trust School in 2016 and earned the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA). Doug and his wife, Carrie, reside in Cantrall with their son, Beckett, and daughter, Riley.

Cathy Overstreet - Trust Officer
Having over eighteen years of experience in the administration of trusts, investment management and retirement accounts, Cathy Overstreet ensures compliance with regulations and policies. She specializes in retirement accounts and also oversees the tax area within the Trust and Investment Department. With her first-class client service skills, she strives to exceed expectations. Cathy graduated from the American Bankers Association National Trust School in 2008.

Stacy Foli - Trust Officer
Stacy Foli brings over twenty years of banking experience covering trust services, cash management and retail banking to her position of Trust Officer. She forms close relationships with clients and enjoys customer interaction. Monthly management reports are coordinated by Stacy and she is involved in working with compliance and regulatory oversight. She also serves as the department’s event planner. Her greatest satisfaction is making clients happy with a job well done!

Bridget K. Johnson - Trust Officer
Bridget Johnson is an attorney who brings more than a decade of experience in wealth, tax and estate planning. This knowledge and background is a valuable resource for Trust clients. She oversees the Marine Bank Trust and Investment Management Department compliance area and works to ensure that policies and procedures comply with the ever-changing regulations, standards and best practices in the field. Bridget earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Juris Doctor degree from the Washington University School of Law.
