Marine Bank and Morton Community Bank are merging and will officially become one bank on June 10, 2023. Current Marine Bank locations will be called Clock Tower Community Bank, a division of Morton Community Bank.

Marine Bank and Morton Community Bank are both locally owned community banks that stretch across Central Illinois.  We believe the merger of these two Banks will allow us to better serve the many customers we have individually served over the years. 

This merger also expands our community bank footprint in Central Illinois.
