When your child gets their first job and their first set of wheels, we’re there for them. Children ages 16-17 are welcome to apply for a Parental Guarantee Joint checking account with their parent or guardian. They’ll love having a debit card that they can use to access their funds. As a joint owner, you’ll be able to see how the account is being managed.

Is more than one custodian allowed? Yes
Does the minor sign a signature card? Yes
Are debit/ATM cards allowed? Yes ($300 credit, $100 Point of Sale/ATM)
Is online banking allowed? Yes
Are service charges waived No
ID required from minor to open  Social Security Card, Driver's License or State-Issued ID
